Our Vision
To be a reputable teachers' union recognised for fighting for teachers' rights and ensuring that the dignity of teachers and the quality of education are strengthened.
Our Mission
To unite all teachers at all levels within public and private institutions to represent their demands, needs, and rights as workers both nationally and internationally.
What we set out to achieve
Based on the country's laws and regulations, the union works to achieve the following objectives.

Protect and promote the dignity of the teaching profession, upholding ethics, knowledge, and skills at the highest level.

Safeguard, manage, and develop the interests of teachers’ work, making it attractive for others to love.

Encourage teachers to work diligently and set an example through integrity of character and conduct.

Bring teachers together for mutual acquaintance, exchange of ideas, and discussion of challenges and achievements.

Ensure the community recognises the importance of the union, and that teachers are free to join and to strike when necessary.

Ensure employers and teachers adhere to national laws and existing international labour agreements.

Educate members on employment issues and provide legal advice when needed.

Ensure teachers receive all the social, economic, and health services they deserve.

Consult with employers on responsibilities, rights, and favourable working conditions, and establish voluntary agreements.

Resolve disputes and complaints at the workplace between teachers, employers, and the union.

Ensure all workplaces are free from violence or harassment, and rights are accessible without discrimination.

Assist teachers in forming economic and social groups to improve their living conditions and combat poverty.

Prepare teachers to lead in fighting infectious diseases, drug abuse, and environmental degradation.

Ensure teachers benefit from international agreements concerning workers and teachers.

Collaborate with other trade unions nationally and internationally, including relevant federations.

Cooperate with all educational partners inside and outside the country to strengthen education.

Conduct and apply research on education, teachers, students, and the community for teachers’ benefit.

Monitor and evaluate the level of education and teachers’ interests, and advise the ministry to advance education.
